Could a simple blood test replace colonoscopies for cancer screening?
NCT ID NCT07168876
Summary
This study is testing a new blood test designed to detect colorectal cancer early. Researchers will enroll 3,200 average-risk adults aged 45-75 who are scheduled for a routine colonoscopy. They will compare the results of the blood test to the colonoscopy findings to see how accurately the blood test can spot cancer.
