Could a simple blood test replace mammograms for breast cancer?

NCT ID NCT06336928

Summary

This study is testing whether a new type of blood test, called a liquid biopsy, can accurately detect breast cancer. Researchers will compare the blood test results to standard methods like mammograms and biopsies in 490 women. The goal is to see if this easier test could one day help with early detection or monitoring of breast cancer.
