Summary

This study is testing whether a new type of blood test can help doctors monitor patients with bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) after surgery. Researchers will check if specific markers in the blood can predict if the cancer is likely to come back or progress. The goal is to see if this 'liquid biopsy' can provide an early warning sign, allowing for quicker intervention.
