Summary
This study aimed to see which medicine works faster to lower dangerously high blood pressure in women who just gave birth: a pill (nifedipine) or an IV drug (labetalol). It included women up to 6 weeks after delivery with severe hypertension. However, the study was stopped early after enrolling only 2 participants, so no reliable conclusions can be drawn.
