Summary
This study compares two methods for managing blood pressure during and after surgery. It tests whether giving a continuous medication called noradrenaline is better than the standard approach at preventing dangerous drops in blood pressure. The trial involves 750 adults having non-cardiac surgery to see if this proactive method reduces complications like heart injury, kidney problems, or stroke.
