Summary

This study tests a new method to remove excess fluid during dialysis by using a patient's recent blood pressure patterns to guide how much fluid is taken out. The goal is to reduce dangerous drops in blood pressure during treatment while still controlling fluid buildup. The study involves 69 veterans with kidney failure on dialysis. It compares the new approach to standard care over 4 months.
