Nighttime blood pressure dips may reveal hidden heart risks

Summary
This study looks at how changes in blood pressure during sleep affect the heart's electrical signals in people with high blood pressure. Researchers will compare those whose blood pressure dips at night to those whose does not. The goal is to better understand heart risks and improve future care. 140 adults with high blood pressure will take part.
