Could a special training technique ease teen foot pain?
NCT ID NCT07343752
Summary
This study is testing if adding a special type of exercise called blood flow restriction training to standard physical therapy works better for teenagers with a rigid, painful flatfoot condition. Researchers will compare the new combined program to standard physical therapy alone in 40 adolescents. They will measure changes in foot function, pain levels, and how satisfied patients are with their results.
