Can a new training trick ease the ache of hemophilia knees?
NCT ID NCT07259356
Summary
This study is testing if a special type of exercise, called blood flow restriction training, can help reduce knee pain and improve daily life for people with hemophilia who have joint damage. Twelve participants will try both the special training and a sham version to see which one works better. The main goals are to see if the training changes how much pain they feel and improves their joint health score.
