Summary
This study tested two treatments for shoulder pain caused by rotator cuff tendinopathy. Thirty-four adults aged 18 to 60 received either blood flow restriction therapy or Gua Sha scraping. The goal was to see which therapy better reduces pain and helps people move their shoulder more easily.
