Summary
This study tests a training method that restricts blood flow to the leg muscles during exercise, aiming to reduce knee pain in people with hemophilia. Twelve participants will try both the real and a sham version to see if it helps with pain and quality of life. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to ease joint discomfort.
