Summary
This study tested a special type of light strength training, called blood flow restriction training, for adults with moderate or severe hemophilia. The goal was to see if this gentle exercise program was safe and could improve muscle strength, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Researchers compared a group doing the exercises to a control group over an 8-week period.
