First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding blood flow restriction training to standard physical therapy helps people regain knee strength and muscle size after meniscus repair surgery. About 15 participants were followed for 12 weeks after their operation. The goal was to see if this technique leads to better recovery than rehab alone.
