Summary
This study aimed to test if blood flow restriction therapy helps people recover strength and movement after surgery for a torn knee ligament or biceps tendon. The therapy involves using a cuff to partially restrict blood flow during light exercises. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
