New study tests blood flow trick to heal achilles injuries

Summary
This study tests a therapy that briefly restricts blood flow to the leg during low-weight exercises. It aims to help people with Achilles injuries regain strength and reduce pain. About 57 adults aged 18 to 65 who are already in physical therapy will participate. The approach is safe and has worked for other orthopedic conditions.
