This study tests whether using a special cuff that partly blocks blood flow during light exercise can help people with Achilles injuries get stronger and feel less pain. About 57 adults aged 18 to 65 will be randomly assigned to receive this therapy or standard physical therapy. The goal is to see if this simple technique speeds up recovery.
