Tourniquet training: a new hope for stubborn tennis elbow?
NCT ID NCT07172568
Summary
This study is testing if adding Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) to standard physical therapy helps people with long-lasting tennis elbow. BFR involves briefly reducing blood flow to the arm with a special cuff during exercises. Researchers will compare pain, strength, and daily function in 40 adults who get either real BFR or a fake (sham) cuff during their six weeks of therapy.
