Tourniquet therapy trial aims to ease chronic elbow pain
NCT ID NCT07172568
Summary
This study is testing if a special type of exercise called Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training helps people with long-lasting tennis elbow. Participants will do standard physical therapy twice a week for six weeks, with half also using a special cuff that briefly reduces blood flow to the arm. The main goal is to see if this added BFR training leads to better pain relief and elbow function compared to therapy alone.
