Can a simple wrap speed up your Post-Workout recovery?

Summary

This study is testing if a technique called blood flow restriction (BFR) helps muscles recover faster after a very hard leg workout. Researchers will have 80 healthy men and women do a tough exercise session, then apply different levels of BFR or no treatment to see which helps best. They will measure muscle soreness, strength, and power over the next three days to see if recovery is improved.
