Scientists track Blood's hidden battle in leukemia treatment
NCT ID NCT07343687
Summary
This study aims to understand how blood clotting changes in adults newly diagnosed with a fast-growing blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Researchers will observe 80 patients, checking their blood's ability to clot before and after they receive a standard, strong course of chemotherapy. The goal is to gather knowledge that may help doctors better predict and manage serious bleeding risks in future patients.
