New drug aims to prevent dangerous clots after knee surgery

Summary

This study tests a new drug called SRSD107 to prevent blood clots in adults aged 60-80 having knee replacement surgery. About 450 participants will receive either SRSD107 or a standard blood thinner, enoxaparin, for up to 28 days before surgery. The goal is to see which dose works best and is safe.
