New shot could stop deadly clots in cancer patients

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called REGN7508 for treating and preventing blood clots in people with cancer. About 1,600 participants will receive either REGN7508 or the standard blood thinner apixaban. The goal is to see if REGN7508 is safer and more effective at stopping clots from coming back.
