Researchers map hidden antibody threat after Life-Saving transplants
NCT ID NCT06395220
Summary
This study aimed to understand how often patients develop harmful antibodies after receiving a stem cell transplant from a donor with a partial tissue match. Researchers followed 314 patients with blood cancers to track these antibodies and identify what factors increase the risk of them appearing. The goal was to gather information to help prevent transplant rejection and failure in the future.
