Scientists hunt for clues to make cancer immunotherapy safer and more effective
NCT ID NCT05450367
Summary
This study aimed to find markers that predict how well patients with blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma respond to immunotherapy, and who might experience severe side effects. Researchers analyzed real-world data from 249 adult patients who received specific immunotherapies. The goal is to help doctors better personalize treatment plans by understanding which patients are most likely to benefit and least likely to have serious complications.
