First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early study tests a new approach for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia who cannot or choose not to have a donor stem cell transplant. The treatment combines the drug blinatumomab with the patient's own stem cells in a 'sandwich' strategy to reduce relapse risk. Only 4 participants will be enrolled to check safety and how well it works.
