First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at how the body absorbs, breaks down, and gets rid of a drug called bleximenib in 10 adults with acute leukemia (a fast-growing blood cancer). Participants receive a single dose of the drug with a radioactive tag so researchers can follow it. The goal is to understand the drug's path, not to treat the cancer.
