Summary
This study compares two common blood thinners, rivaroxaban and apixaban, to see which causes less bleeding in people with atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat). About 3,000 adults with newly diagnosed AF will be randomly assigned to one of the two drugs. The goal is to help doctors choose the safer option for preventing strokes.
