New study tests desmopressin to prevent bleeding in kidney biopsies

Summary
This study tests whether desmopressin (DDAVP) can prevent bleeding after a kidney biopsy in people who have had a kidney transplant and are at high risk for bleeding. About 96 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo before the procedure. The goal is to see if the drug reduces bleeding events safely.
