First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study compares a new approach using an MRI scan followed by a same-day biopsy to the standard procedure (TURBT) for diagnosing muscle-invasive bladder cancer. About 360 adults with suspected muscle-invasive bladder cancer that hasn't spread will take part. The goal is to see if the MRI-based method leads to faster treatment and better outcomes.
