NCT ID NCT04235764
First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests a redesigned surgical tool for removing bladder tumors. The goal is to see if it gives doctors better information about the tumor, such as whether all layers are removed and if cancer cells remain at the edges. About 25 adults who need their bladder removed will take part. The modified device is used only on the removed bladder tissue, not during the actual surgery.
