Summary
This study is testing if using a special thermometer in the bladder helps doctors better control fever in people who have had a severe brain bleed (stroke). Better temperature control might help the brain heal and improve recovery. Researchers will compare this continuous monitoring method to the standard practice of checking temperature under the armpit at set times.
