Could a simple catheter help save brain bleed patients?

NCT ID NCT07302009

Summary

This study is testing if using a special thermometer in a patient's bladder to continuously monitor body temperature helps people recover better from a severe brain bleed. It compares this method to the usual practice of checking temperature under the armpit a few times a day. The goal is to see if better temperature control leads to fewer complications and better long-term function for patients.
