NCT ID NCT07535294
First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a quick, non-invasive handheld ultrasound with artificial intelligence can accurately measure bladder fullness in girls and young women with lower belly pain. The goal was to see if this AI tool could help doctors know when the bladder is full enough for a pelvic ultrasound, potentially making the process faster. About 520 females aged 8 to 21 took part in the emergency department.
