Modified virus tested to fight bladder cancer recurrence

Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of an experimental treatment called CG0070 for people with intermediate-risk bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle wall. After surgeons remove visible tumors, researchers will deliver CG0070 directly into the bladder to see if it can help prevent the cancer from coming back. The study will monitor 20 patients for side effects and early signs of whether the treatment works to keep the cancer from returning.
