Summary
This study is testing whether a short, precise course of radiation combined with immunotherapy drugs can shrink aggressive bladder tumors before surgery to remove the bladder. It is for patients whose cancer has grown into the muscle wall and who cannot or choose not to receive standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce the amount of cancer found during surgery, potentially improving outcomes.
