Summary
This study is testing whether two existing cancer drugs, lurbinectedin and avelumab, can help control a rare and aggressive type of bladder cancer called small cell carcinoma. It is for adults whose cancer has returned and spread after their first treatment. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink tumors and extend life for people with very limited treatment options.
