Summary

This study is testing if combining a targeted cancer drug called enfortumab vedotin with radiation therapy can help control locally advanced bladder cancer. It aims to see if this approach is safe, helps patients live longer without the cancer getting worse, and improves their quality of life. The trial is for adults with advanced bladder cancer who are candidates for definitive local therapy.
