New attack on tough cancers: drugs then surgery

Summary

This study is for people with advanced bladder or upper urinary tract cancer that has spread. It tests if using two standard cancer drugs first, followed by surgery to remove the bladder or ureter, helps control the cancer better and for longer. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves survival and quality of life for patients.
