New drug combo aims to fight bladder cancer and save the bladder

NCT ID NCT07201675

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of two drugs, vedisertib and toripalimab, can effectively treat muscle-invasive bladder cancer while allowing patients to keep their bladder. The trial will enroll 59 adults who have not had prior cancer treatment. Participants will receive the drug combination in several stages, with their response closely monitored to see if they can avoid having their bladder surgically removed.
