New bladder cancer treatment could offer alternative to surgery
NCT ID NCT05644041
Summary
This study is testing a combination of two chemotherapy drugs delivered directly into the bladder to treat non-invasive bladder cancer. The treatment aims to control the cancer and prevent it from returning, potentially helping patients avoid major surgery. Researchers want to see how well this approach works for people who haven't received the standard BCG immunotherapy treatment.
