Summary

This study is testing whether adding the immunotherapy drug durvalumab to standard chemotherapy before and after bladder removal surgery helps control muscle-invasive bladder cancer better. The research involves 150 patients worldwide who are scheduled for bladder removal surgery and haven't had prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this cancer. Doctors will monitor how well the combination works and track side effects in real-world treatment settings.
