New immune cell therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat bladder cancer

NCT ID NCT05768347

Summary

This is an early-stage study to see if a new type of cell therapy is safe and feasible for people with a specific type of bladder cancer that has come back after standard treatment. The therapy involves collecting a patient's own immune cells from their tumor, growing more of them in a lab, and then putting them back into the bladder. The main goal is to check for side effects in a small group of 9 participants.
