New urine test aims to improve bladder cancer detection
NCT ID NCT06072027
Summary
This study evaluated a new urine test called VISIOCYT to see how well it detects bladder cancer compared to standard methods. Researchers tested 701 patients who were already scheduled for routine bladder exams, either for initial suspicion of cancer or for follow-up monitoring. The goal was to determine if this new test could provide more accurate results and help doctors make better decisions.
