Simple urine test vs. uncomfortable scope: which do bladder cancer patients prefer?
NCT ID NCT06126796
Summary
This study aimed to find out whether people with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer prefer a simple urine test or a traditional scope procedure for monitoring their condition. Researchers asked 107 patients who tried both methods about their preferences, satisfaction, and quality of life. The goal was to understand if a less invasive urine test could be a good alternative for routine cancer surveillance.
