Summary
This study looks at how the immune environment around bladder tumors changes after chemotherapy or other treatments given before surgery. Researchers will test blood and tissue samples from 30 adults with muscle-invasive bladder cancer to find markers that predict treatment success. The goal is to learn how to choose the best follow-up immunotherapy for each patient.
