Scientists test 'Glowing' antibody to spot hidden bladder cancer

NCT ID NCT04897763

Summary

This small, early study tested a new imaging method for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Researchers gave six patients a special 'tagged' antibody designed to stick to cancer cells, then used PET/CT scans to see if it made the tumors easier to spot. The main goals were to check if the method was safe and to see how well it highlighted cancer in the bladder.
