Scientists test seven new drug cocktails for tough bladder cancers

Summary
This study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of several new drug combinations for people with advanced bladder cancer that has continued to grow despite prior treatment. It enrolled 117 participants and assigns them to one of seven different treatment groups based on the specific genetic changes found in their tumor. The main goal is to find safe doses and see if these personalized combinations can help control the cancer.
