New bladder cancer combo shows promise in Pre-Surgery trial
NCT ID NCT07647289
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a new combination of drugs (enfortumab vedotin plus toripalimab) works better than standard chemotherapy before bladder cancer surgery. About 58 adults with high-risk muscle-invasive bladder cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments for 3 cycles, then undergo surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients remain cancer-free after one year.
