Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two immunotherapy drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, can effectively treat people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes. The drugs are given before surgery to remove the bladder, with the goal of shrinking or even eliminating the cancer in the lymph nodes. Researchers hope this approach will lead to better outcomes for patients.
