New hope for tough bladder cancers: can a combo outsmart tumors?

Summary
This study is for people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread or come back and cannot be treated with cisplatin. It is testing if adding a chemotherapy drug (eribulin) to an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) works better and is safe compared to using the immunotherapy alone. The goal is to see if the combination can better control the cancer's growth and spread.
