Summary
This study aims to collect blood and urine samples from people being evaluated for bladder cancer. Researchers will store these samples to help develop future tests that can detect bladder cancer earlier without invasive procedures. The goal is to create a resource that improves early diagnosis, but this study itself does not provide treatment.
